Refund policy

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted for up to 7 days after the product has been received. The customer will pay return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, must be in the same condition it was in when recieved.  No returns on clearance items. 

All refunds will go back to the original payment method.

Due to the nature of personalized orders being unique, returns won't be accepted on an item that has been personalized.
